I have an Problem with the actual version of rockbox.
Everytime i jump forward in an playlist, an error (subjekt) appers and i have to reboot.
Anyone knows why?

try increasing the "Max playlist size". See the manual for details. Sounds like your playlist is simply pretty long.

yes the playlist is very long but i have the settings already on maximum

I have now some more informations for you:
- the playlist is 151 songs long
- the playlist (xxx.m3u) is 19kb
- the songs in the list are 508MB
- all songs are mp3
- around 178 Kbs (VBR (not all)) and 44100Hz


I have the 2.9.14 KOSH Version (060909-1455 (A-B -> Info -> Version)).
Newer Versions arent work.

Please, do NOT report errors with experimental versions. Verify that they happen in an OFFICIAL version first.

yes i will try that.
But paulheu says that has nothing with the kosh version to do.

And it doesn't matter what anyone says or not, until you *verify* it has nothing to do with the Kosh version.

Load up an official  CVS version, and clear settings while booting (hold record once the bootloader shows up until Rockbox says "cleared") then see if you can reproduce the problem.
