It means the picture isn't a supported file. Also, please change your avatar to something nobody is likely to find offensive.

If it doesn't work, it is unsupported. That's why the message says "Unsupported". Perhaps the jpeg is progressive?

Your avatar was of a naked human posterior. We are trying to keep our forums acceptable for people of all ages and nationalities. There is *no* reason that nudity needs to be displayed, independent of your personal beliefs as to whether it's offensive or not.
