The fact that those plugins are included in the manual, is because we use the feature HAVE_LCD_BITMAP to include them.

But as you may have noticed, the manual available for download from the daily builds page for the H10 5GB, is in fact the H10 20GB manual. This should be fixed. In the H10 5GB manual, you will notice a severe lack of screenshots due to the fact that these are not made or not possible to make.

(A little off topic, but might shed some light on the manual status)
