to small bootpartition on ipod mini [SOLVED]

My bootpartition(part 0) is only about 40 mb but my rockbox.bin gets 43 mb and i can`t load it because it is to big. anyone know how to solve this?

Are you sure you're creating rockboot.bin with APPLE_OS.BIN and bootloader.bin, and not BOOTPARTITION.BIN and bootloader.bin?
