Voice generation with makevoices.vbs

Hello

I am attempting to generate an English voice file with SAPI5 (Microsoft SAM) using the makevoices.vbs available from: http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/VoiceBuilding.
I have downloaded the latest Rockbox 2.5 source distribution and have copied the english.lang file with lame.exe, makevoices.vbs, wavetrim.exe and voicefont.exe to the same directory.
However, when i run cscript makevoices.vbs from the command shell in Windows XP the script generates a file called english.xxx.voice with a file size of approximately 5 KB.
Apparently it makes no difference what english.lang file I use, so I conjecture that there is a problem with the makevoices.vbs.
 Have other succeeded in using makevoices.vbs script to generate a newer voice file for Rockbox 2.5?
Or could someone mail me a working makevoices.vbs?

I have included file MakeVoices2.5.1.zip on the wiki page for Rockbox 2.5.1.

Also, see the Installation section, point 8 for additional information.

The zip file contains the MakeVoices files which were compatible with version Rockbox 2.5, and a PDF file of the VoiceBuilding Wiki page of the same vintage.

Also included is the 2.5 version of "english.lang" file which you can replace, if desired.

I actually discovered that the english.lang file included in the tar.gz distribution was different from that available through CVS
repository. I downloaded the english.lang from CVS and it worked flawlessly on my Danish voice translation with Scansoft Nanna (SAPI5).
I would really like to make it available,  but under the licensing conditions I am not sure it is permitted.
The only problem I have now is having makescript.vbs recognizing my SAPI4 speech synthesizer Carsten from Speechware.
Thank you for your help. Perhaps my SAPI4 problem might be solved.
