hi,

i have a video ipod which i installed rockbox onto recently: worked great for about a week, was loving the gapless playback, but just the other day it took a turn for the worse and no longer turns on. nothing happens either when i plug it into my pc. has anyone else experienced similiar issues ???

thanks in advance for any advice/suggestions..

Have you charged the battery recently?

unfortunately it doesn't respond to anything, even charging... via usb or via a mains charger

Febs:
Try a different USB cable.  It's a long shot, but perhaps the battery is dead and the cable is bad so it's not recharging.
