iriver h10 sim. (no menus)

i was just wondering if anyone had gotten the pre-compiled sims of rockbox for the iriver.h10 to work correctly?

i downloaded the the windows pre-compiled sim last night (for some reason it wouldn't build correctly on my setup but my nano sim did) and it would start fine but there would be no menus and i couldn't bring one up at all.

any help is greatly appreciated thank you.
