im new at this

umm sorry im new at this i just installed rockbox on my video 60 gb and  i would like to know if its possible to switch back to my regular ipod firmware or watever so that i can see movies and stuff while having rockbox installed , also do i have to add all the songs to my ipod folder when i plug it in to the computer since right now it says theres no songs eventhough ive updated it through itunes and aroudn 500 tracks should be in there, and lastly i would like to know were i can get those extra themes or background things that make it look nice i believe theyre .cfg? thank you very much

Read the section on TagCache. Also, the manual points this issue out.

Read the wiki.

Rockbox is not Apple, so it works differently. It's necessary that you make yourself familiar with the fact that things are different and thus require you to actually read the documentation that's provided.
