Anyone have a ipod g4 build w/ disabled cpu scaling?

I am trying to build one myself but i cant wrap my brain around all of this stuff, im stuck in the emulated software and dont know where/how to modify the CPU scaling command..

i am sure someone is running a modified version on their ipod, care to share for the rest of us suffering from freezes and data aborts?! thanks!!!
