Problem with voice tags after loading new build

I had my partially sighted son's H320 set up and working with voice tags for artists and albums using mp3 recordings and _dirname.talk descriptions but having loaded the most recent build (the previous one was 3 or 4 months old) I find some tags work and others don't. There seems no rhyme or reason to which ones work. I have tried replacing the tags and again some work , some don't. Any ideas please or alternatively as an emergency measure before his holiday, where can I find a build from before the changes to voice which will get it back to the old working system?

I have no idea why it doesn't work anymore as I don't use voice. Which is quite a problem as a lot of users who actually use voice don't update frequently, so if it happens there are new bugs these get discovered later than non voice related bugs.

You can find older builds on the daily builds page. IIRC they are archived for about a month, if you need an older one you'll need to get an older source version from cvs and build it yourself.

Have been back and tried the oldest buld on the download page with no success. Anything beyond that exhausts my rather meagre technical skills I am afraid - I don't even know what CVS is!
