I can't switch from Rockbox to Apple firmware

I can't switch from Rockbox to Apple firmware anymore. i have a nano 2GB.

iPodFoo:
U tried holding down the menu button when the nano is off (dont forget the hold switch is to be off) and keep holding it till rockbox says "loading original firmware".
