Hi Guys,

Regarding your erros, please correct me if I'm wrong, but you all used Senab's builds didn't you? I just askes because these errors seem to be not theme related, I used my builds and I never noticed any of these, so you may wan't to check out my builds and see what happens, and note that I will make new builds in the next few days if everything goes fine and I plan to inlcude the album art patch too because Senab will have a lot to do in the college, so guys, just be a bit patinent and I will get back to you with the new builds :)

Cheers,
Julius

Hi Julius,
I was wondering if it would be possible for you to create a variation of the jClix theme with no spot for album art.You know, simply the song, artist, and album name. I ask this because for some reason or another, I cannot get the 85*85 .bmp images to work with the theme as it is, and I can't see long names as the scrolling is not supported yet in the .wps.

BTW, I am using the jClix 11 (leopard skin) theme.

Thanks,
Eric.

Ok this might be a stupid question and/or it might of been asked already but it's 12:56am and i don't have the energy to go searching through the forums so it'll be well apriciated if anyone can answer my question.

What is this rating system and how do you activate it or use it?

--> I was searching through the jclix5 folder and found these rating bitmap files and looked in the .wps file and saw rating. So i just want to know what is it, how to activate it or use it...

Thanks,
Jon

Doesn't work yet Jon. If it did though it is under tag cache as runtime database.

I know I'm a little late on this, but I'd just like to say thanks again J.  jClix looks great on my 30g and works perfectly with your sept. 4th build (except for album art).  Thanks again.

hey Julius,

First, I just wanted to say your themes are the coolest ones :D I've been using them for a while now and love them.

I got them to work almost perfectly using Album Art.. the only thing I'm having a problem with is the line that displays the Next Song. For some reason it just doesn't display that one line. Could it be the font is missing or something? I edited the .wps file and changed the font number to something else, and it still didn't display it...

Thanks in advance!

Ben

Hi Ben,

No that's not a font problem, it has to do something with the album art patch, I will take a look on it as I can.

Cheers,
Julius

Hi Guys,

As you requested, I just finished the new patches for the customline.patch, so it now includes scrolling capabilites, so guys, please re-download the themes from the usually place:
http://pijulius.com/julius/rockbox/themes/

and you should have now everything you dreamed of :)

IMPORTANT: you have to redownload the latest jbuilds too, see here for more info:
http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?topic=4417.0

I hope everything will work fine, wish you a nice weekend!

Hi Guys,

I hade some time to fix a few things, so here you go:
* Fix the quickscreen bug, and make it to be displayed in the right place if custom list coordinates are used, so for e.g. in the jClix theme the quickscreen is in shown in the center as it should
* Fix the multifont bug, so now you can use this theme with all standard themes that you can find on the rockbox's wiki page

IMPORTANT
Please redownload both the new jClix package and jbuild:
jClix: http://pijulius.com/julius/rockbox/themes/
jBuild: http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?topic=4417.0 (see last thread entry because I don't have the permissions to change the first entry at the moment)

Cheers,
Julius

Thanks for the quick fixes! Ok, now 2 little reqeusts  ;D.

1) Can you make the "next song" extend to the left side of the screen so that it is both under the album art and the title? I think it would be better to make use of the space that's there.

2) Can you make next have both the artist and the song title?

You can do that all yoursef, just go to your prefered jclix.wps and edit the lines.
For e.g. to make the next song larger, just edit the following line:
%e|145|165|130|2|B8C8E1|%al%sNext: %?It<%It|%Fn>
and change it to:
%e|49|165|234|2|B8C8E1|%al%sNext: %?It<%It|%Fn>
wich would make the line start exactly at the same posittion where the album art starts and the line would be 234px long instead of the 130px before.

Now to add other infos to your screen just copy this line and instead of the arguments after the "Next: " text use the one you want to have, see here for more info on the tags you can use in the wps:
http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/CustomWPS

Julius
