Determining if patch is included in Daily build

(1/2) > >>

LilBoy:
Due to damage to my home system, I only have access to my employer's computer, and I am not allowed to install a development environment on it., so my apologes if the question sounds lazy but....
I know that Patch 2927 has been included in unofficial build 2.5.1, but how do I tell (other than checking out the powermgmt.c and powermgmt.h files) if it is included in the daily build?
 :-\
Addendum:With Tom Cole's help, I now understand that the patch was applied on March 4, with other updates to the battery charging behavior in June. Sorry if I bothered anyone.

For the record, in the future, your best bet would probably be to open up the fs task page (in this case, http://www.rockbox.org/tracker/task/2927) and see if it's been closed & accepted.

You can also check out the cvs logs. There is even a cvs mailing list (rockbox-cvs) which gets notified on every cvs change. It's a nice way to keep up to date as usually the flyspray tasks get mentioned (but not always). Another option is the flyspray mailing list (rockbox-sf) which gets notified on every change on Flyspray.

The Task page, which I had checked,  shows that is is closed but not whether it was accepted, unless I am missing something. I had checked for a piece of code (an ifdef) that was in the patch that was not in the current build, so I thought the whole patch wasn't, but when Tom told me it had been include in March, I inspected more closely and noticed the "IFDEF" I had been using as my check had been replaced by a more comprehensive (IF DEFINED ...) in June. and found the changes in the build logs cvslogs for powermgmt.c.
That's why I had posted the addendum.  Unfortunately, some of us are a little rusty and slower on the uptake.

http://www.rockbox.org/tracker/task/2927 says: Reason for closing:  Accepted
