iPod Nano - Slow USB Speed

Hi,
a sucesfully install rocxbox (rockbox-ipodnano-20060828.zip)
when i want to copy music with rockbox firmware the speed was about 100kb/s on computer with USB v.1.
On computer with USB 2.0 only 500 kb/s.

is any patch for this?
Did i something wrong?

Because RockBox does not have its own USB mode, it utililises the Ipod's diskmode. The diskmode is by default way slower than the Apple firmware, reasons to as to why this happens - ask Apple.

So in order to transfer at an ideal speed, it is recommended to boot into the default Apple firmware when transferring.

disk mode on nanos isn't just slow; it's bjorked. [fyi] speaking from experience though, the disk mode on ipod videos isn't nearly as broken.

There is certainly a reason to as why diskmode functions at such a crappy speed. Apple can't be making 5 generations of Ipod without knowing of such a flaw.
