When you delete a file using Rockbox how do you delete that file off of your iPod?

Um.

It just gets deleted.  Unless I'm mistaken, it IS gone.  I delete all my podcasts while listening to them from the Rockbox file browser, and they're gone when I do.

I don't understand the question. When you delete the file, it is deleted. It's gone. It no longer exists.

Perhaps the OP is looking for a "Recycle Bin" on the player for items that get deleted by Rockbox?  As far as I am aware, there is none and when the item is deleted, it's gone (altho, could a file recovery program restore it?).

II have my Rockbox music on a seperate folder on E:/ and when I deleted a song it turned into a file that Windows say Cannnot Read From Source File or something like that.
