Try it and find out? Ipodwizard is not our software, and you should be really asking them if it handles a Rockbox'ed iPod properly.

They are like what?

They are seperate programs and iPodWizard has been designed to work with Apple software.
If it works with Rockbox in future - fine. If not - fair enough too.

Anyway, it's a yet another your thread - why don't you just read the friendly manual first?

Yes. iPodWizard does not tweak Rockbox settings - and it does not  try to do that.

No, they are not lying. Yes, as far as I know you can.

But I will repeat myself: iPodWizard cannot change Rockbox settings. iPodWizard changes original Apple's firmware settings.
If this is what you want to do, please express yourself clearer. And use tutorial and support from iPodWizard, not this forum.

As Llorean pointed out: it's completely different program and has nothing to do with Rockbox.

Rockbox is not responsible for additional programs, files, music and data you install on your iPod, neither for accessories, software on your computer and computer itself, electricity access, food in your fridge or washing your clothes.  :D
All of that you have to provide by yourself.

I'm sure iPodWizard has some nice manual and in the last resort some helpful forums. As far as I know, they have special guidelines for Rockbox and iPodLinux users as they use special bootloaders. So if you have found one, use it.

Have a nice day. :)

:) at last a positive reply....good to hear your reply aegis....and at 1 point i was really laughing when you said "Rockbox is not responsible for additional programs, files, music and data you install on your iPod, neither for accessories, software on your computer and computer itself, electricity access, food in your fridge or washing your clothes"..... :D :D :Dthakx

I have an iPodWizard theme on my 30GB Video and Rockbox but if you add a theme to the the Apple OS you might have to re-install Rockbox again after updating.

You can just mod the firmware on the iPod instead of modifying the updater.  Then there's no problem with having to re-install the Rockbox bootloader.
