ipod video: how do I reset a frozen ipod video? [was: Problem with Rockbox]

Hello everybody!

I 've been using RockBOX on my i-Pod video for about a month. It 's really good!!!
However today I installed Rockport julius build 20060726 ipod video 64MB. It worked fine for some time, but then as I was navigating in the menu everything stuck there, I received a message "Data abort at EDBAC01C" and I cannot do anything now. It does not shut down or anything. It does not connect to USB. Is there an emergency restart?
Please help me with this...

First, please read the posting guidelines, and in the future use an appropriately descriptive title for your threads.

Second, reset your player by pressing and holding Menu+Select until the player restarts.

Thank you for your help. After 6 reboots it does seem to work now!

after it reboots,you shoud hold menu key util there disply "load original firmware".thus it will enter apple firmware.
try it.
