choosing between rockbox and apple firmware

 ::) ::) ::)i readthe manual and followed the step to choose between rockbox and apple firmware....as i currently had rockbox i pressed the menu+select.........and the loding screen said "loading original firmware"...but when i did again to go back to rockbox the same loding screen saying "loading original firmware" came and loaded the original fimware....so how do i go back to rockbox??? ??? ???

Force apple to reboot with Menu+Select

yes i did it....but it come back to same original apple firmware.....help.....

no no i am sorry....it worked.....the proble was after pressing the menu and select i kept on pressing the menu.....thanks for the help....... :)
