song name error...

before installing rockbox i had kept a backup of the music files and after installing the rockbox i paster the mp3 files in e:\ipod_controls\music\...and when i click on the songs on my ipod the artist name and the album name are correct but the song name are different.....they are like " PEVF", "BFLA", "EVEF", "HFZU" etc.....whats the problem?

The problem is that that is how iTunes saves your music.
Rockbox has a feature called "tagcache" which is described in the manual which will help you here.
