Is ther anyone out there that knows how to prepare a 40 gig HD so it will work in a 20 gig recorder? my HD died and i would like to upgrade to a 40 gig but it won't work what am i doing wrong? Thanks

Make sure the disk is formatted as FAT32.
Also please input more details. What exactly is wrong with the replacement?
Is there a specific Rockbox error that you encounter after you changed the HD?
(P.S: I assume that you used a 2.5 HD)
