Filebrowser scroll
« on: August 20, 2006, 02:51:52 PM »
When I have just boosted up my player the filebrowser scroll doesn't accelerate.
It does accelerate when I have played or are playing something.
Is this a bug or is there a reason for this behavior?

My scroll settings are:
scroll speed: 9
scroll delay: 100

Please read the manual. I think you're misunderstanding the purpose of those settings.

From the manual:

Screen Scroll Step Size:
Determines how many pixels the text should advance in every click when scrolling the screen.

to get it clear; the scrolling in menu's or the filebrowser is much faster when playing music (only then it accelerates).
When stopped or paused its painfull going through (long) lists.

Question: why?

Read the rest of the options relating to text scrolling. It has nothing to to with scrolling up and down in lists.
