"highlight track once played" is this currently possible ?
spiug31:
Hello all,
I listen to a lot of podcasts and would find it very useful to have a "highlight track once played" option in the Playback or File View menus' . My intention is that there would be an easy way for me to see which episodes I've already listened to. It would require an entry "highlight track once played" in the relevant menu and then a selector for choosing between actions - "off", "on" and "unhighlight tracks".
Does a solution already exists for this ?
What method do you use ?
I have a very short term and somewhat whimsical memory so remembering to write down which episodes I've heard is a very hit and miss occurence. :)
I'm using an H120 iRiver.

What you may want to do in the meanwhile is, store the new files in a "new" subfolder, and move them once listened to.

This isn't easily feasible since I'm new to listening to podcasts so have a very large collection of "new" tracks to listen to. I only connect my H120 to the pc every three or four days if new podcasts build up and by then I have forgotten which files I have and haven't listened to ::) :)
Llorean:
You could delete them from the player after playing.

I didn't realise this was possible, any directions to where this can be found would be greatly appreciated.
