Recommended EQ settings for 4G iPod?

I've searched the forums, but haven't found any good threads on user recommendations for using the EQ and other sound settings.  Do people have recommendations for fine-tuning Rockbox on a 4G to sound as good as it can? (EQ/other settings?)

Most of the tuning depends on your earphones, and personal preference (in some cases) rather than the iPod itself.
