Can't reboot into Apple's Firmware

I read the iPod FAQ, and did what it told me, but my iPod still just boots back into Rockbox. When I press the menu button it sais: "loading original firmware..." i then let go of the menu botton, but it just boots into rockbox instead, i've tried it a few times, with also holding down the play button instead of the menu button.
please help!!!

I have an iPod nano.

In *most* cases this problem means that you've improperly merged the bootloader. If you still have the bootpartition.bin file that you extracted from your iPod, delete apple_os.bin and rockboot.bin, and attempt to recreate the bootloader (start with the first ipod_fw step)
