Help loading music

Im new to rockbox so go easy. I have it installed on my ipod, and am having trouble loading my music I read the manual and had trouble understanding how to get your music into rockbox. Where do i put all the music files so it will show up in rockbox and how do i access them?

accel:
go to general settings>file view>tag cache,  and then initialize now.  depending on how much music you have it may take up to 5 minutes.  you'll know when its done when the little icon in the top right corner disappears.  now hold down the menu button until it takes you to the screen where it says shuffle, show files, and repeat.  set the show files to ID3 database and press select.  you should now be able to browse you museic by artist, genre, album, etc.  if it wont let you browse, try going back to the tag cache menu and update now. 

Febs:
accel's answer assumes that you already have music loaded on your ipod through itunes, and you are trying to get Rockbox to recognize it.  If you are simply trying to put music onto the player, you can do so either through itunes or by simply dragging and dropping it onto the player.
