Bookmarks feature not working..
(1/1)
vraja:
I recently switched to the dual-boot firmware for my iaudio X5 player (I downloaded the latest rockbox firmware).
The rocbox firmware does not seem to support the "Bookmarks" feature (or I don't know how to access it)
1. I changed the settings to say "bookmark on stop" to yes (also tried "ask", but it did not ask me)
2. I tried to create bookmark, but it did not seem to (there is nothing in the "Recent bookmarks" list).
I really like the rockbox interface and would like to use it, but without bookmarks, it'll be bit of a pain
vraja:
I tried changing Show Files to "Supported" and the bookmark feature is working. The original problem I had was with "ID3 database" view.
jochen:
i can confirm that, it also works fine with "show files" set to "all", but when set to "id3 database", neither bookmarks are created on stop, neither can i create them manually.
[edit]
it's a known "bug" or rather missing feature, but it doesn't seem like it will be fixed the near future
