just a question: Has the bookmark feature in the RB text viewer that had been taken out of the build in April been reinserted in the meantime?

As well, what prevents you from merely trying a daily build and finding out?

Are t familiar with Rockbox's capability to save a separate settings file? You can use that to easily restore them after a clear.

I just found that one by coincidence yesterday. I'll try it out straight away - I don't care that much about all the possible sound settings, but more about some possible settings to save on battery. You might also be able to help me there - about the Limits you can set in "General settings > system". Which of the two numbers the "stats" plugin produces has to be entered there?
