New tagnavi.config Problems

I just updated to the 20060809 daily build on an iHP-120.  I am using Tagcache.  Since updating, I get an empty navigation screen (except for battery and volume icons) after booting the player.  Is there a problem with the new tagnavi.config file?  I opened the file and there seem to be some new formatting strings which were not previously available.  I checked the manual.  There is supposed to be an "Export Modifications" entry in the Tagcache menu but I don't have it in my build.  Is there something else I have to do to get back the navigation screen?

Dunno, he said that he already read the manual, and his question has to do with a discrepancy between the manual and what he is actually seeing on his player.

Bosie88, trying running "update TagCache" from the Tag Cache menu.  You may need to restart your player.

I've tried updating the TagCache and even re-initializing but it still doesn't work.  There's something about the formatting string:

title = "%02d. %s" tracknum title

that causes the problem.  When I remove it and just write "title" it reads the line correctly and automatically inserts the track number in the display.  So I have gone back to my old tagnavi.config file from a previous build which displays correctly.

It sounds like you have forgotten to update the actual code, /rockbox.iriver because if you don't even have the "Export modifications" option in tagcache menu, you don't have the latest build.

Thanks, Slasher.  You were absolutely right.  I had an older rockbox.iriver in the .rockbox folder and the newer firmware unzipped into the root folder.  It seems the player was looking for the firmware in the .rockbox folder before the root folder so I wasn't getting the newer firmware loaded.  I deleted the rockbox.iriver file in the .rockbox folder and now everything is working fine.  Thanks again.
