I found H140(rockbox) can play 24bit wav,Is Its Digital out 24bit?

Rockbox only does 16bit at the moment

If the modified program is not to export 24bit digital signal? Hardware support this?

The playback engine of rockbox outputs 16bit. I'm not aware of patches that increase that.

Internally, the resolution is higher, but I don't know enough of the playback engine to help you out on that...
