PC Crash after JBS20 HD Upgrade????

I could use anyone's assistance for the following:

1. Upgrade JBS20 with a 100 gb hard drive.
2. Formatted with SwissKnife to FAT32/Primary with "active" button checked, using my laptop
3. Works flawlessly on my laptop.
4. Connected to PC at home and my PC crashes - "Blue Screen of Death"
5. No conflicts with any drive letters on my PC, and I do have a few external drives plus virtual drives on my PC
6. Deleted partitioning using my laptop and connected again to my PC to format with this computer instead.
7. Still crashes while going through the drive recognition process.

Any help with troubleshooting?
