I have a 4g gray-scale iPod, and I was wondering if rockboy is compatible with it.....
If it is, can someone point me to a place where I can get installation instructions?

I fear you may have misread. If he actually means "rockboy" and not "rockbox" then I don't believe it's compatible yet.
