problem uninstalling rockbox

i used the windows ipod rockbox installer (found here: http://www.ipodwizard.net/showthread.php?t=8585) to install rockbox on my ipod 4g. but now that i want to uninstall it, i follow the directions on the readme.  i ran the installer.bat in the same directory as the readme and chose uninstall. then i hit finish, but when i safely disconnect my ipod, rockbox still starts up. any help is appreciated thx

Out of curiosity, if you found an unofficial installer at a different set of forums, why are you asking for help with it here?

We have official install instructions, and official uninstall instructions based upon those. By using an alternate installation method, you should seek the creator of the installer for help.

......Why dont you just delete the Rockbox files from your iPod.

Because that isn't actually a full uninstallation, and anyone who does that will quickly notice the bootloader still runs.
