Settings Layout - Add new System Settings category in Settings menu

This might make things a little clearer in the Settings section.
(Probably only worth doing if really willing to move some settings items around)

ADD "SYSTEM SETTINGS" CATEGORY
Suggesting to add a new category called "System Settings" in the Settings menu.

This could then make the General Settings section be more of a general Rockbox based settings section
and
System Settings category could be more System / Device / Hardware based settings.

Could then move
Settings - General Settings - System
into this new category

Also might consider moving the following items as well into this System Settings category
Settings - General Settings - Display

and maybe
Settings - General Settings - Startup/Shutdown
(also not sure if others would view this as a General Setting or a System Setting?)

This could also free up a little room in the General Settings section for future settings added
(I mention a couple in reply below this thread post)

This new System Settings category could also allow other settings items to be added as subcategories.
For example could take some items out of the System category such as any power/battery related items and put them into its own subcategory called something like "Power".

Not exact order, but can look something like

SYSTEM SETTINGS
-Display
-System
-Power   (Battery, Accessory Power Supply, etc._
-Startup/Shutdown
-USB  (3 items from current System category)
etc.

OTHER SETTINGS MENU UPDATES
I would consider making decision to move Time & Date item into
General Settings or System Settings
which I made a separate post about, that can be found here

and I would also consider moving the new Main Menu item (that allows user to customize Main Menu) into the General Settings category as well, just to simplify the Settings Menu a little.
