Possible Bug - Hitting Menu button in Recording Settings

Not sure if this is for a reason because I do not use Recording Settings but I noticed a possible inconsistency.
If anyone is willing to post this to bug tracker.

If you navigate into any other Main Menu - Settings categories
for example
General Settings
Theme Settings
and you hit the MENU button
It brings you into the Main Menu with the Settings category highlighted

However I noticed that if you hit MENU button while in Recording Settings
it instead brings you to Main Menu - Settings with the Recording Settings category highlighted.
Not sure if this is on purpose?
