cannot open internal drive after installing rockbox?

I installed rockbox about a few months ago, while installing it everything was fine.
Today, I plugged in my Sandisk Sansa Clip+ to my computer and there are 2 drives.
One is for the internal drive and one for the Micro Sd which i dont have put in.
When I try to open the drives they are stuck on loading and lagging the file explorer or show "Please insert a disc into D:".
I opened Disk management, it is also stuck on loading, I also tried clearing the disc using diskpart.
What can i do?
