Rockbox 1.5.1 opens up as 1.5.0

I have tried this several times and it won't let me download the newest version which is 1.5.1. Whenever I click on the link to download this it always opens up as 1.5.0. I have completely deleted it from my computer and re-installed 1.5.1 again and it always load in as 1.5.0. Any thoughts on why it won't open as 1.5.1
