Settings Layout - Move Time & Date to General Settings

Suggesting to consider moving the item Time & Date from the main Settings section, into the General Settings section.
To me seems like it is a little out of place currently in the Settings section.
This also could clean up the main "Settings" menu, making it a little easier to understand as now each item will be a specific settings based category (minus the "Manage Settings" item at the bottom).

Not sure if anyone else agrees with this?

Strange because to me, setting the time & date is a one time thing, so it would seem that this item would be inside a category within Settings, rather then getting its own category as it does currently.
This reply might not matter because it does not seem like anyone agreed with this request but,
I recently made the following post about creating a "System Settings" category in Settings
https://forums.rockbox.org/index.php/topic,55402.0.html
If developers agree with that post and decide to make that update, this thread request might be related.

Not sure if Time & Date would be considered to be moved into
General Settings
or new category
System Settings
