HifiWalker H2 - how to set date/time?

The date time settings work the same way as I am accustomed to with Rockbox on other players, except when I want to lock in the change.

It asks me "ON to set/OFF to cancel".   AFAIK the only ON/OFF button is the power button on the top, and no matter how I massage that button all it does is turn the player off....when I turn it on the time setting is unchanged.

The manual is no help.   What am I missing?  Thanks.

Sorry for the confusion, try hitting the play/pause button to save the time and date. It should be pretty easy to fix when I can get to it.

Sorry for posting in a different hardware specific thread, but the same issue is present in Rockbox for Toshiba Gigabeat F and S, and Philips GoGear HDD6330 and HDD16x0.

The prompt to save the new date says: "On- set, Off- revert". In each case the play button is needed to save the date.

Ok, good to know. It looks like some devices need specific additions to https://github.com/Rockbox/rockbox/blob/299d255743342b2fcd1e6268d91cec562e47f268/apps/lang/english.lang#L3686-L3750, and probably a few other places in the lang file... Probably most all device-specific entries need updated some.
