Add Brightness setting for when device is plugged in

Not sure if any other users would find this useful

Similar to how there are currently two settings for "Backlight"
Backlight
Backlight (When Plugged In)

Suggesting to add a "Brightness (When Plugged In)" setting.
Brightness
Brightness (When Plugged In)

User might want a lower brightness when not plugged in.
And maybe a maximum brightness for when device is plugged in
