iPod Classic 6G - Dual partition?

Hello, is it possible to install RockBox on a separate partition (larger than 128GB) and keep a 128GB partition separate for the stock OS?
That might be a cool trick to bypass the limit while keeping it dual bootable..

I know that this might have been asked before, but I haven't found this exact question answered anywhere...
