[iPod 6th Gen] Songs will stop playing & kick back to playlist

Hiya! So here's the lowdown: First, my iPod 6th gen was acting like the battery was completely flat this morning, after it had been on the charger since the night before. After re-installing Rockbox 4.0, that got it to boot up, though that introduced a new problem. Now, the hard drive loads things really slowly, & when it does load a song after about a minute, it'll play it for about 15 seconds before kicking you back to the track viewer. Does anyone here know what could be happening with my iPod? How would I go about fixing it? Thanks in advance!

UPDATE: I was able to fix the problem; I completely wiped the hard drive & re-installed Rockbox. Dare I say it might be running a bit faster now! Hope this post didn't take up too much of your time.

Hey, I've had this same issue! I found that reinstalling helped for a day or so, but the problem came back overnight. Have things remained ok with your system?
