Any way to revert to default virtual keyboard layout without rebooting?

After I have 'played' a .kbd file to use its layout in the virtual keyboard, is there a way to revert back to the default Rockbox virtual keyboard layout (and displayed with the system font instead of the user font) without having to reboot?

I've looked for an answer in the User Manual, Wiki, and Tech Forums but didn't find anything.  I also looked through the .rockbox directory for .kbd files and didn't find any.

Not sure about the font part..

If you supply NULL to the kbd redirect stuff it reverts to default
but don't really have a way to let the user do that

so for time being your best bet would be to make your own copy of the default to a kbd file

Thanks very much for your reply and suggestion.  I had already tried that but it displays with the user font which is way too large for the layout to format properly on the screen (at least on an ipod6g).  Anyway, it's no biggie in the grand scheme of things - maybe at some point down the road it might worth considering.

Ah yeah thats sounds like something to add, or maybe a way to set the font
Really we need a better keyboard but I've tried twice and didn't like what it turned in to
so might try and re-visit it again

Is the default virtual keyboard layout at https://www.rockbox.org/realwiki/pub/Main/LoadableKeyboardLayouts/default.kbd up-to-date?

I can't seem to find a font that will display that layout with all of the same characters that I see in the default virtual keyboard on my ipod6g.

In a recent topic (https://forums.rockbox.org/index.php/topic,55234.msg255572.html#msg255572), chris_s stated that the sysfont is 08-Schumacher-Clean, but when I select that font at Settings->Theme Settings->Font it doesn't look like the font used for the default status bar, nor for the default virtual keyboard.
