Rockbox Charging Issues

Hey, my Rockboxed iPod Mini (1st Gen) bootloops when charging instead of having any sort of charging icon, it just bootloops and I cannot use it when its low battery and charging.

I have tried:
Menu + Select restart
Entering and closing Disk Mode
Using the apple os (which allows it to charge AND be used)

Battery counter is inaccurate also, and my other issue is its slow when connected to a computer. (not the subject of this post.)
I can hear the HDD reset, but i dont think that has anything to do with the hdd dying since it works properly on the pixo os (apple os).
