Fwiw you realize there is a GUI installer that you can click to use right? The command prompt is only if you want to use the command prompt for some reason.

If that's the automatic installer, then I've tried it. It doesn't know the mountpoint and manually updating the drivers didn't work either.

The mount point is the drive letter of the fuze you want to install to.

What is the "drive letter" ? I've never done this before.

So you have no idea what’s command prompt but completely ignore it and say that you follow the instruction… Just try to google how to open command prompt in Windows.
