Help with Track Progress Bar / Volume Bar Stuck

Hi, I have tried to wrap my head around themes to fix an issue I'm having with the digitalredux theme on both daily builds and the current development build (ipod 6th gen, iflash quad mod),
In the theme, when I update or initialize my database the correct track time and progress bar is on the WPS until I change my volume then it persists as the volume bar replacing the track details pretty much until I have to update the database and then repeats.
I went into the theme cfg files to see if there was inconsistency with other themes on the device with similar progress/volume bar properties but do work
Wondering if anyone else has the same issue or a suggestion for a fix?

 I introduced this bug about a week ago I just pushed the patch to fix it.. it should be in the nightlies
or tomorrows builds
