While trying to update the firmware on Hifi H2 it doesnt work

While updating it says File error then failed. The rockbox file and ufd is on the file.

What is the Original Firmware version on the player? There is a recent hardware revision. You will need a update file specific to your version. Please see the wiki page. If your version is not in the list you need to contact the manufacturer and ask for an update file for your version.
