Help Removing <All tracks> and <Random> on Database Menu On iPod Video

Good evening, I wanted to know if anyone here knows how to remove these <All tracks> and <Random> tags in the Database . I'm new to the world of iPods and I'd like to know if anyone can help me. Thanks.
