Sony Walkman NZ-E470 Install help

Hi I was trying to follow the guide for my Sony walkman (E474) and the guide says to get a file from Sony NW Destination Tools the link 404s https://www.rockbox.org/wiki/Main/SonyNWDestTool#GettingTool


Also i would prefer to install from linux but I cant get the device to mount in whatever the other usb mode it only mountts as MTP
