Cover art not appearing

I'm finding that in Rockbox, no matter how I decide to set the album art fetching for the Now Playing screens, some images can't seem to be loaded. I can't find the common denominator for this reason: they are all in the same format and around the same size. I'm rocking a HiFi Walker H2, firmware 1.5. What could be the issue?

In my experience, its usually that they are 'progressive' jpegs. We need them to be normal 'non-progressive' jpegs. I think theres some tools to convert out there, or gimp/imagemagick/etc can do it. Maybe give that a try?

hey i use spotdl to download all my music with that being said.
i had the same issue before but i figure out that if i used flac format instead of mp3 that will solve the problem

i use this command every time to download music through the terminal:


--- Code: ---spotdl --format flac [url] --output "{artist} - {title} - {album}.{output-ext}"
--- End code ---

of course you have to install spotdl first.
