I need IHP 100 / H110 ROM and EEPROM dump

Can someone please provide me a IHP100 or H100 ROM and EEPROM dump with working boot to OF? I am stuck on RB 1.13 with flashed RB to ROM and can not upgrade Bootloader to V8.
